Chad Crouch, a local cause marketing leader, will be presenting “Pro Bono Work Meets Business Integrity” at the national conference Mind Your Own Business Conference on September 25th.
His presentation will introduce important ways in which corporations can rethink their pro bono work policies in order to increase their return on these investments.
This conference is focused on helping owners of small to medium size businesses improve their operating procedures for maximum impact. Crouch, principle of Cre8tive Group in Wilmore, KY, has been invited to participate and present his group's unique pro bono philosophy.
“Our philosophy is based on the fact that mixing business with altruism can be a messy combination with no positive yield. My presentation covers four key rules on how to invest your time, talent and money for maximum impact.”
Crouch continued, “I find that many people are initially resistant to my ideas because they can seem counter-intuitive. However, by the end of the presentation, people typically catch the vision on how they can align their pro bono policies for significant return.”
By way of example, Crouch presents how his own company, Cre8tive Group, has applied these rules to their own pro bono investment. Through their non-profit, The StoryHouse Foundation, Cre8tive Group donated their time and brainpower to develop a brand identity for Sari Bari, a humanitarian relief organization that brings freedom to women in India's commercial sex trade.
